Life is about relationships—whether it be with colleagues, intimate partners, our children, family members, casual acquaintances, life-time friends, family members of origin or in relationship to oneself. It is through the experience of these relationships that one develops his/her sense of self and the belief system by which to live and interact with others.

Sometimes the systems to which we are exposed is a mistaken belief system and through therapy are able to identify the mistaken beliefs and begin a process of unlearning and relearning.
