Life is about relationships—whether it be with colleagues, intimate partners, our children, family members, casual acquaintances, life-time friends, family members of origin or in relationship to oneself. It is through the experience of these relationships that one develops his/her sense of self and the belief system by which to live and interact with others.

Sometimes the systems to which we are exposed are mistaken belief systems and through therapy we are able to identify the mistaken beliefs and begin a process of unlearning and relearning.
